Left video, oh dear. I am sure the bread I ate never came from anywhere horrible, I never got sick, and neither did anyone else eating the bread: not the first time I went to Nigeria in Juk 2007, or the 6th time, in Mar 2012.
This video is good because it talks about accountability. So that the bread is safe.
Nutritious? That is another story. If they would throw in some wheat germ, rye flour and oats before baking, I will be happy.
