Susanna,

Isn't it sad that at this point in our history, when we as a race of human beings are making such enormous strides forward in the areas of technology and medicine, but we are still purposely taking such giants steps backwards in the areas of civility and  human rights.

Once more, I commend you on your valiant attempts to support the fight against and to redress another instance of racial and ethnic persecution of a poor and insular refugee community by those who should be their protectors. People don't become refugees on purpose.

Keep up the good work! Cheers Rich.

South African police: crime against humanity. MJoTA 2013 v7n2 p0708.

The rich international media were called in on Feb 5 by the South African government to spread the fiction invented by South African undercover police that 20 scammed and kidnapped men were responsible for a crime that never happened with weapons that do not exist. This video below illustrates the reason the MJoTA websites exist. We do not take advertising, we truly are a free press for African communities. You cannot call me, or anyone whose words are on this site, and have prosecutors lies repeated. Not in English, not in Chinese.

My name was on this site by accident. This site has become my personal witness that some children of colonists are truly sorry for the ongoing misrepresentation of Africans in communities everywhere, and constantly upset by the ongoing theft of African resources in the air, on the ground, under the ground and of the water. Read the stories below and you will know that the South African undercover police have committed a crime against humanity.

Words of the peacemakers in a million small lights. SJ Dodgson. MJoTA 2013 v7n2 0726

Miraculous that when the sun goes out, still shining are millions and millions of tiny lights. This is something I need to always remember, and today, the kindness of 2 good people has reminded me.

I can really identify with the good people in New York in the 1930s who knew that European Jews were in peril, but could find no-one in power who could help them.

Twice today, I have learned that good people are listening to the cries of the Congolese 20, who are in Day 171 in Pretoria Central Prison, 2 miles from where crowds of South Africans are wishing Nelson Mandela well.

The crowds know how to wave the flags, but they are not listening to what he said. Or what was said by Gandhi before him, or Helen Suzman alongside him, or Mother Theresa or Susan B Anthony not long after European powers decide that Africa was a cake to be cut up and thoroughly chewed. They all told us to love one another, to follow paths of peace, to not accept cruelty of lies.

Next week, the Congolese 20 are scheduled for trial once again. The first trial date was May 23, and I traveled to South Africa for that. The trial was postponed after the prosecutors declared in open court that they needed to arrest more people, and translate from the French into English documents.

Lies upon lies. The Congolese 20 are all family men, good citizens, hard workers who were offered jobs and contracts by South African government officials. They believed them, why would they not? And so were trapped, scammed and kidnapped at gun point.
